Terms of Service

The Service is intended for para-athletes registering for BeyondAbilityX programs, and for parents/caregivers registering on behalf of an athlete. By registering on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have the authority and their consent (or a parent/guardian’s consent, where applicable) to provide their information to us.

You agree to provide accurate, current information — including identity, disability, and contact details — and to promptly update us if anything changes. Providing false information (for example, about disability status or eligibility) may result in your registration being rejected or removed.

You may sign in with a Google account, or with a one-time code sent to your email or mobile number. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email/phone/Google account secure, since that’s how we verify it’s really you.

Any certificate, photo, or video you upload must genuinely belong to you (or the athlete you’re registering) and must not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may reject a registration if an uploaded document appears altered, fraudulent, or unrelated to the athlete.

Submitting a registration does not guarantee acceptance into a specific league, academy, or category. BeyondAbilityX reviews registrations and documents to confirm eligibility, and may approve, reject, or request more information at its discretion.

You agree not to:

• Register using someone else’s identity without their consent.
• Attempt to access another athlete’s registration or personal data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including attempting to bypass its security).
• Use the Service for any purpose other than genuine athlete registration and program participation.

Any merchandise shown in the app is illustrative of upcoming offerings. Purchases, pricing, and fulfillment are not yet enabled through the app; if this changes, updated terms covering payment and shipping will be provided at that time.

The Service is provided “as is.” While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we’re not liable for issues arising from third-party services we rely on (such as our hosting, database, or SMS/email providers) that are outside our direct control.

We may update these terms or change features of the Service as the program evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
